HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

1.

FIND YOUR PARTS

 

  • Enter a Part Number in the search box.

  • As you type, the system will automatically search (or press the Search button).

  • Use the USD/EUR toggle to view prices in your preferred currency.

  • The search results will display:

    • Supplier name

    • Part description & weight

    • List price (with any price adjustment applied)

    • Freight charges (sea/air) and order information (MOQ, payment terms, lead time, transit times)

ADD PARTS TO YOUR ORDER LIST

 

    • In the search result, click the “Add to Order List” button.

    • The part will be added to the Selected Items table below.

    • You can remove any item by clicking the Remove button next to it.

    • The Total price updates automatically.

    • (To clear the entire list, click Clear All.)

FILL IN YOUR CONTACT DETAILS

 

    • Complete all required fields:

      • First Name *, Last Name *

      • Email * (valid address)

      • Phone *

      • Country *

      • Full Address *

    • Optionally, provide your Company name.

4.

SUBMIT YOUR ORDER REQUEST

 

    • Review your order list and contact information.

    • Click the “Submit Request” button.

    • A unique tracking code (e.g., ORD-XXXXXX) will be generated.

    • You will see a success message with your tracking code – save it for future reference.

    • An email notification with all order details will be sent to our team.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY

 Our team will review your request and contact you promptly to confirm availability, pricing, and shipping details.
Once confirmed, we will ship your order to the provided address as quickly as possible.
